Project Overview
Glenco managed all electrical work for TransCold’s new state-of-the-art facility in Surrey. The space spans almost 80,000 SF and features a 2,500 KVA indoor unit substation, a -25°F freezer, a cold dock, and a two-storey office area.
Challenge & Solution
To mitigate potential challenges posed by the extreme cold environment, installing the -25°F freezer required careful planning and precise coordination between consultants, the general contractor, and the City of Surrey.
Outcome
The project was successfully completed and handed over to the satisfied client.
