North East Latimer Elementary School

Glenco is proud to support the development of North East Latimer Elementary, a new school at the heart of a rapidly growing Langley neighbourhood. Designed by Station One Architects and powered by electrical systems from Jarvis Engineering, this modern facility is built to serve its community for generations.

From the outset, the project faced the challenge of an aggressive build schedule that demanded full commitment from all trades to stay on track. Through consistent daily and weekly coordination between Glenco and on-site partners, we maintained the schedule without compromise while prioritizing efficiency and high-quality workmanship every step of the way. Aligned with this pace, the project remains on track for completion in the summer of 2025.
